Effective December 3, 2006 all new members will now be required to register with their REAL Runescape game player name in order to become an honored member of the RSD Community forums. Failure to use a true and complete RS player name will invalidate your registration and an admin will deny your application for membership.
This was implemented to reduce the apparent lame attacks on our forums of persons registering only to post improper wesbite or bad language threads on our forums.
For those of you who can follow the rules, we sincerely apologize beforehand and hope this does not restrict your use of our forums before we can validate you as a bonafide Runescape user.

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

Real simple rules, follow them and enjoy your stay. Failure to follow these rules will result in warnings and/or bans.
1. Follow the rules of Jagex and Runescape. No real-world item trading. Scammers/hackers are not welcome here.
2. No flaming, insulting, etc. Constructive criticism good, flaming bad. Respect other people's differences and opinions.
3. Keep it clean. All ages come here, make your posts appropriate for everyone.
4. Keep your personal issues private. That includes problems with a single person. Fight somewhere else.
5. Don't be a wanna-be mod. If we want your help, and recognize you as being useful to the community, we'll ask you to join. Or you can fill out an app like everyone else. Don't try to practice before you have a position.
6. Any links posted must be neutral. No posting links for other fan sites, adult content, etc. No advertising (this includes your own RS clans). If you link anything that has any type of keylogger or virus, you will be gone. No links to cheat sites or "money maker" sites. See rule #1.
7. No spamming allowed. Don't spam just to bump your topic. Use the Edit button, don't double post. You can request a bump from a mod via PM after 10 hours.
